Join us for a morning exercise class designed for ALL fitness levels; no prior fitness class experience necessary!

This 45-minute (warm-up, main exercises and stretching), light, aerobics-type class will make you feel rejuvenated, energetic and it promises to put a smile on your face. Whether you have limited mobility or you have a spring in your step, this exercise class is just right for you.

Please bring a water bottle and a towel.
