From the moment that Impact Church was birthed in 2008, God began to stir the hearts of our pastors to believe that there would be more church plants down the road. In the fall of 2022, God began to ignite a vision in the hearts of our Associate Pastor’s, Scott & Carling Mortimer, to plant another Impact Church. 

During our month of prayer in January of 2023, God spoke very clearly to Pr. Scott & Pr. Carling about the place [Cochrane, Alberta] and the timeline of the church plant [2025]. We had the privilege of announcing to our church at our anniversary weekend in September of 2023 about this exciting new adventure that lay ahead for both the Mortimers and for Impact Church as a whole. 

On June 23 of 2024, we blessed and sent out our best, Pr. Scott & Pr. Carling, to live out the call of God on their life and take the role of Lead Pastors of our new church plant, Impact Church Cochrane. We are so excited to see another “thriving church” in the foothills of the mountains in the beautiful and picturesque town of Cochrane beginning April 13, 2025.
